I liked the place, its perfect staff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with 2 double beds, TV, as example.

I liked this contemporary place, stayed there for 6 nights. My double room with 2 double beds, TV and A/C was brand-new. The rate was $ 1339. The hotel provided fair prices;))

I loved every detail about my really great 2 nights stay here. The room was cleaned and available with A/C, a single bed plus TV.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun.

i had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was particularly good not far from the beach and the center. there also was paid parking and nice pool.

Some people working there were clearly inexperienced.

Not expensive hotel, unbeatable location, contemporary rooms. Terrific personnel were ready to help with our requests, superb service. Having different bottled drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

The property was cool and we had a decent stay. Hotel was clean, being close to the beach. The continental breakfast was incredible and included cheese, bacon, cakes and meats, everything was delicious.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, awful views.

The hotel was recently renovated and I loved the streets of Playa del Carmen. The superior double room was clean and amazing new. It was worth its 4 stars...

Staff were HELPFUL, so I appreciated my being there. New-fashioned unit. Variety of facilities such as: central heating, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Great place for exploring Playa del Carmen.

It was attractive and competitive value for money. Nice rooms with good beds, and the staff was friendly!
